EV Hubs Lutterworth

Guardian Smart Infrastructure Management Inc. has formed a partnership with Keoma Hubs (“Keoma”) to develop, build, own and operate a platform of state-of-the-art transportation and logistics fleet electric charging facilities in the UK and Europe.

The first site, EV Hubs Lutterworth, will be located within Magna Parks Lutterworth, in the United Kingdom. Magna Park Lutterworth is recognized as one of Europe's largest logistics and distributions parks with more than 13 million square feet of floor space across 50 buildings, occupied by a range of Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies with advanced sustainability credentials.

Designed as a platform, the facility will be scalable across UK and European parks under the strategic partnership structure, promoting decarbonization across freight transport while enhancing driver welfare.
